Shipping And Returns

Returns

Returns are good for 30 days from your purchase date. Returned products must be unopened and in the same condition as when we shipped them. Our products are prone to swelling and shrinking. We will not issue refunds for products returned to us that have been opened, deformed, or have in any other way been made unsellable.

If you contact us before we ship your order then we will cancel it and issue a refund. If we ship before you contact us then you can return your purchase for a refund once it arrives, minus shipping.

We ship to the lower 48 continguous United States. Regretfully this is the scope of our market at the moment. Please do not inquire otherwise as we cannot and will not change this policy.

We ship our orders in separate packages with separate carriers. Citric acid carries with United States Postal Service (USPS); all other products ship with FedEx Ground.

By the letter of the law, shipping codes in the United States require certain chemicals to ship at a safe distance away from certain other chemicals. To ensure the safety, longevity, and prosperity of all, we adhere strictly to these rules.

If your purchase includes both citric acid and MMS, you will receive two packages from us. Citric acid usually takes longer to ship than MMS due to the nature of the carrier services we work with.

We cannot and will not ship through any other means.
